I live in a modern newish built 4 bed house and am looking to increase living and entertaining space which is unconventional rater than big standard. looking for an open living space extension with a twist like glass door rear extension and loft with dorma, with bathroom and storage space. if budget allows I would also like some changes to 1st floor for maximising storage and add ensuite bathroom if possible. I live in Birmingham, haven't got any planning permission etc as all is needed building regulations permissions (I'm told).
Are you London based; do you take projects elsewhere and what would you need to give a quote if you were to work outside of London.
