What is the size of the toilet and shower?

Like the idea of a bath in the room if space is the issue. I'm wondering if I could incorporate it into loft.

Loft as in attic? If so this is was the attic floor. If not, loft, as in NY loft, I don't see why not.

Shower is roughly 1000 x 1000mm and the WC is 1000 x 1500mm.

I think an ensuite without a toilet is fine, since you already have two loos there. Maybe you could squeeze another toilet in somewhere downstairs, closer to the soil pipe?

Putting a shower in that space would look odd - I would get the wall checked and remove the wall to create a better space even if it meant a beam. The window looks far too big for a toilet and it does look like the toilet was put in with a partition wall. Removing it as Sonia and Arc3d have said would be the best result. It would definitely add value - not to mention easier to live with.

This is what I was trying to explain - our former is a bit bigger (equivalent of the yellow line), the red rectangle is where our king size bed is. The wardrobes are where the bathroom was planned to be (but the same as your wardrobes in your second plan). The green is the en suite. This has worked really well because the bed in the dormer section means we get more headroom. It also made it feel much more spacious - and the space between our en suite and wardrobes is a dressing area.
