The CH25 Lounge Chair is a slow slung chair designed by Hans J.Wegner for Carl Hansen & Son. Made from solid oak the CH25's key characteristic is its rear leg detail which arches to form the seat base. This is in sharp contrast to the front leg detail which supports the armrests at right angles.

Available in either a natural or black lacquered oak finish the CH25 has a seat and backrest created in papercord (available in unbleached/natural or black). This has a unique weave that uses more than 400 meters of cord and takes a skilled weaver 8-10 hours to complete.

Oil - Grain and structure are visible; lighter than soap; creates lustre and brings out contrast in grain and structure. Darkens over time to a rich patina
