North London Family House

Contemporary Dining Room

The aesthetically minimalist dining area is complemented by an aluminium profile over the dining table. The profile required custom made brackets to hang it from the roof glazing bars without compromising the water tightness of the roof and to blend in with its wood finish. The vertical glazing bars at the front of the conservatory are uplit by colour changing LEDs which are usually set to give a very soft pink glow which lifts the whole of this end of the house, but in party mode they can be vibrant pink or turquoise. Lighting control is by Lutron Homeworks. Photos by Simon Warren
