All Tile Ceramics and Bathrooms

We were extremally happy with the service, choice, delivery and price. We found that Anthony and Celia of All Tile Ceramics had an amazing range of absolutely every style / colour / design of tiles anyone would ever want or need, in their independent shop in Hackbridge, SM6. they even have parking. We bought tiles on this occasion but they also stock stunning bathrooms / showers ~ that for us, will be for another project. Nothing was too much trouble, the quality of service we received was friendly, professional and valued, they even recommended a local tiler, a father and son team they too were absolutely brilliant . We are so lucky to have this business, ATC + Bathrooms locally, a great asset to the London Borough of Sutton. We all need to support our local independent shops, they really do offer great value, with their experience and knowledge of their specialist business, stock and contacts, customer service on this level can not be matched in large superstores. I have dealt with Bill at All tile ceramics for a number of years now and have found him to be one of the most professional people I know. Nothing is ever to much trouble and the advice you get is always 100% , his knowledge of the tiling industry is vast and if it is something that he does not know about he will always ask , now that's a real professional [never afraid to ask] Bill is one of the very few clients that I would recommend or do a review on, I have total confidence in him. Ian from All Tile Ceramics was really helpful and clearly knowledgeable. Found me something that was miles better (and actually cheaper) than on offer at the usual mega tile sheds, had it in within 2 days and my builder was very happy. Great tardis-like showroom. We bought tiles from all tile ceramics for our bathroom and were really pleased with them. The service was exceptional- there was a problem with the tiles that the warehouse had supplied, the owner knew our tiler was due to start the next day so after he closed the shop he personally went to the warehouse to pick up the correct tiles and delivered them to our door that evening. I think from other companies we would have got a computer says no approach!

All Tiles Ceramics recently supplied Italian porcelain paving by Keope for our garden, which was being landscaped. The quality and look of the tiles is far superior to any others that we could find in the UK, either on line or at local suppliers, and the end result is stunning. All Tiles ceramics were extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the choosing and ordering process and kept us informed of prices and delivery dates to tie in with the schedule of the project. During our visits to the showroom my wife and I were impressed by the quality of the bathrooms and tiling on display, outstanding in our opinion. Great selection of tiles and bathroom furniture. The owner, Bill, went to a huge effort to help us get the tiles that would work for our project. Despite challenges Bill went out of his way to provide options and alternative solutions. Highly recommend.

All Tile Ceramics was recommended to me as having a huge selection of tiles - it does - the hard part is choosing! 110 square metres porcelain floor tiles were delivered from Spain and then couriered to Devon. I am delighted with the finished product. I then ordered wall tiles for three bathrooms, one box of these was damaged by the courier, replaced no quibble. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. All Tile Ceramics gave me excellent service and a fair price.
