A straightforward 4 month build still remains incomplete 2 years on - use an independent clerk of works and ensure you check every invoice carefully . Ensure you directly employ any structural engineers if you want to see the structural design and to ensure building control gets a copy . Seek out your own architects, roofers and window contractors to ensure defects are promptly dealt with. Use these guys if you have never ending resources and no need for a functioning completed build. Hope this helps you with your decision .

Commented: cedar wood panelsThere are many different suppliers in the South Wales (National and Independent). With supply chain disrupted so widely at the moment you would have to enquire for price and availability. I would not ...

Commented: small looNo idea from memory, but there are many choices. I suggest searching on the web. If your project is in the UK, I suggest using a UK supplier so that all will fit UK standard fittings.

Commented: What kind of door do you use w/ this wet bathroom?In this instance we used Marine ply which is very stable under damp conditions. Then tiled on the surface. All bespoke site work.

Commented: Where can I find this wallpaper?Hi there, our client tells us the wallpaper is from Graham & Brown, it's a special vinyl for bathrooms, but unfortunately has been discontinued.
