We had been looking around at Bi-folds doors for a while to enhance our new kitchen but never felt quite confident enough with the advice given to commit to the project. We met Phil at the Grand Designs roadshow in Birmingham who took the time to talk us though our options and we have never looked back. We immediately felt confident with the quality of the product and believed we would be dealing with a company that really cares about their customers. The process was easy from there, the Installer Co-ordinator, Simon, came to our home to assess the project and clearly knew his stuff! The only difficulty we then had was making the colour choice but with some great advice from Dave we now have a beautiful set of bi-fold doors in Anthracite along with an amazing window over the sink. The installers Andy and Nathan arrived on time and fitted both in under a day, they worked tidily and very obviously cared about the quality of their work. The installation went very smoothly and whilst there are a few minor things we have picked up on we have been assured this will be dealt with promptly. Emma in administration has also been very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. We love our new doors & window and would highly recommend Designer Range to anyone.

We have been extremely happy with the complete service from Listers. From initial query to final installation, the process has been efficient with a stunning final result. Communication has been good and we have received a real personal service from Dave Allen. We have had the same installation team for the three separate windows and doors in our new extension, which has meant a great deal to us in terms of consistency. An exceptional job and would have no hesitation in recommending Listers.
