I prepare Heritage Statements for the listed environment and help owners to understand the significance of the building they own so that the building is protected for the future. I assist on consent applications and can act as a professional expert.

This depends on the type of service required. I charge an hourly rate of £60 for Interior Design and Heritage Consultancy. This can then be defined as a design focus which is costed as a percentage of the whole job or a heritage and conservation focus, for which there are flat fees. The scope of the job is always discussed at the first site visit and confirmed when the project is presented for approval. There is never a surprise invoice.
