I have been working with Aylaa Exclusive for over a year across different projects and they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I work with a lot of interior and building designers on a daily basis and always exposed to different kinds of property projects so I can honestly say that Aylaa's work is superior. I have witnessed them transform dilapidated properties to an unrecognisably stylish finish. They pay a lot of attention to detail and don't cut corners. Very professional and respectful, I'm honoured to have them as a client.

I have worked with Aylaa during 2018 on a number of sites and found their approach to residential conversions and refurbishment innovative. Their significant knowledge of materials and products means that they always add value in terms of both design and economies in cost. More recently we have worked together on a new build project where again they have added value by fine tuning Architects plans and economic cost solutions.

Eve and her team have completed multiple projects for me over the last 6-months to an excellent standard. These projects included challenging refurbishments of ex-council flats which are now comparable to some of the most desirable properties in Surrey Quays, London with respects to finish and design. Aside from the quality of the finished product, Eve's team engaged and delivered in a professional manner. The project was completed, to my surprise, in double quick time and any queries were answered in a clear and concise manner. Whether you are considering building, refurbishing or investing in property in Greater London you should consider enlisting Aylaa Exclusive.

The design and finish has always helped me achieve a higher rent or sales prices than expected.
