Galaia is an incredible company which provides the service with you in mind. They have worked together with me to identify my budget and timing constraints, my taste, my preferences. The company's specialist was with me through every step of the process - identified the suitable property, hired suitable specialists (builder, lawyer, mortgage broker). I hear all the scary stories of other people whose projects overrun on timing, expenses, having wrong specs, etc, and I am So So So happy that I've hired Galaia to manage my project. Spot on. Worth every penny. Can't recommend enough.
