DO NOT USE THIS MAN TO WORK IN YOUR HOME!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have never been more disgusted by the actions of anyone in my life. This man took an extortionate amount of money from my family, then with that money, he did not order a single item for bathroom that he had promised to fulfill, and only partially ordered the kitchen. Not only that, to top it all off he has left us with a bathroom that is down to brick and pipe work. Taken our money and shut down the business. He is now acting like he is the one that should be felt sorry for. I cannot physically understand how anyone can walk into the homes of families, take their money with nothing to show for it and still be able to sleep at night. I can't stand this man for the emotional strain he's put my family through. Do yourselves a massive favour and never contact Gary Fullwood for any reason whatsoever.

Be warned! 2 businesses Gary Fullwood has run have failed in quick succession. Payment taken months ago, but orders not placed (despite being advised otherwise) and products not delivered. We have been left having to source and pay a second time for bathrooms.

I definitely would not recommend this company. Appeared on site first 3 days to install my kitchen then disappeared for over 2 weeks. I rang and emailed constantly and the only one who rang back was the receptionist. Promised 100% on completion date whilst demanding final payment with a statement of not coming back. Completed 10 days late. Offered £500 cash back if do not complete on stated date in the welcome pack they gave out. When you try to claim the money all the excuses come out of no longer on offer/ that offer has now finished. Not our fault we didn’t finish on time. A very stressful experience and one to be avoided

Look on Gary's facebook page to see our fabulously beautiful bathroom. We had been looking for a while for a reputable company with good reviews/recommendations to refurb our bathroom when we came across an advertisement in a local magazine for Watford Bathrooms & Kitchens. This prompted us to visit the showroom where we were given an indepth guide. All our questions were answered and our requests met with consideration and assurance. So impressed were we that we arranged for Gary to visit to suggest designs and take measurements. A week later he returned with 3 designs and 3 quotations, informing us that all items could be mixed and/or matched to suit our preferences; Once we had decided on the design we had a further meeting with Gary at the showroom to choose tiles, fittings and to arrange a start date. We requested a specific start date to fit around a family commitment, and Gary obliged - no quibble, no fuss. Every step of the way was most accommodating and stress free. The fitters, Michael & Mitchell, worked tirelessly, clearing up each day and ensuring we had a flushing toilet each evening before they left (it being the only toilet in the home). In conclusion, Gary Fullwood and his team are all friendly, efficient and above all enthusiastic about what they do and we could find no fault. Highly recommended.

I bought a full bathroom suite although had it installed by someone I already knew. The service I received was second to none. As soon as we entered the showroom we were taken through the types of products we might be interested in and things to consider. The products themselves were of high quality and I am very happy with the results once installed. Communication throughout was very good, very friendly but professional too. I would highly recommend.

I consulted Watford Bathrooms and Kitchens about designing a new kitchen for us. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We would have hired them to redo the kitchen, but a change in circumstances meant that we had to postpone the project. They offer a high quality service and an excellent range of kitchens. I would definitely use them again when our finances have improved!

We very much appreciated the creative ideas put forward by Gary, it made the project a 'Grand Design'. The execution by his team was very professional and the after service without any fuss.

We can not praise Watford Kitchens and Bathrooms enough. The whole process was so smooth and the end result fantastic. So great to find an affordable company who could do everything required to make a hotel standard bathroom.

Our requirements were perfectly interpreted and a design was produced which exceeded our expectation. The installation itself did not go entirely without hitches but top management at the company ensured that problems were resolved with final quality as their top priority. Our project included a face lift to a bathroom and overhaul of an en-suite shower room , the final finished job is excellent ( and I am very fussy ! ). We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and commend their boss Gary who maintained the highest levels of involvement , enthusiasm and personal interest in our project.

I recently had a bathroom installed by the Watford bathrooms and kitchens team and i am blown away with the results. The products are top quality with an exceptional finish and high attention to detail. The whole process was smooth and made it really simple for us as a buyer. Installers were great, they knew exactly what they were doing without any problems popping up. couldn't be happier with our new bathroom!! We have done already and will keep recommending this company.

Gary and everyone at Watford Bathrooms were fantastic right from the first contact, through the design/selection of materials and throughout the build. His team were really flexible and kept us updated daily with progress and would always check we were happy with everything at every stage during the build. I would thoroughly recommend Watford Bathrooms to any one looking for a trustworthy, genuine and dedicated company.

Over the moon with our bathroom which was transformed from another century and given the 5 star boutique holiday treatment! Gary is the most enthusiastic, inspirational and determined of all people I know to get the job done to personal and professional standards of the highest quality but without breaking the bank. He will always listen to customers wishes and will endeavour to resolve the tiniest problem without hesitation. His team were also down to earth, clean and tidy throughout and basically just got on with the job without any fuss. Would have no hesitation in recommending or having other work done in the future. To quote "You get what you pay for" and with this company you get much more for which money can't buy!
