It’s fair to say almost all refurbishment and building projects are apt to be fraught, full of (not always pleasant) surprises and day-to-day challenges. Ours was no exception! However, in the end what we have is a lovely kitchen that is a pleasure to use. Roger produced a great design taking account what we asked for and enhancing it with clever ideas based on his many years of experience and product knowledge. Always responsive and willing to talk things through, he and Martina are a great team.

After reading other five star reviews about Osbourne Interiors, I decided to contact them for a complete refit of my kitchen. I glad I made the effort. As from the initial contact from Osbourne's the customer service has met all my expectations. An appointment was made for me to discuss my needs and wants. I left the appointment confident that my requests were left in specialist hands, and looked forward to seeing the plans to the kitchen design. When I saw the final design, I was excited to see them, and how the kitchen would look in my apartment. Roger the designer, gave me an update on kitchen appliances and fittings, so I was happy with his suggestions, and satisfied I was installing a quality German, modern kitchen. His years designing kitchens and interiors was obvious, as he seemed to know how the kitchen would work in my apartment. Martina a fantastic experienced administrator continuously kept me informed of the progress and installation dates. Which involved organising the kitchen delivery, the kitchen fitters, the plumbers, and electricians. All appointments were set up weeks in advance, so I had plenty of notice to arrange my calendar. So communication was spot on. If Martina can not reach you on the phone she will leave a message and still send send you an email. Brilliant! I writing this review in my new kitchen and its super modern appliances, it's a great space and so much light. Thanks to the team at Osbourne Interiors the fitters. plumbers and electricians, who achieved a high standard of work and a great finish. The kitchen delivery guys delivered the kitchen and appliances with care. So I gave them a tip. I highly recommend you contact Osbounes if your installing a new kitchen.

Roger listened to what I was envisaging and talked me through the options available. He was knowledgeable about the methods of manufacture and was able to make recommendations between design options. It was a genuine 2-way process. The kitchen fitters were obvious craftsmen and came back to tweak things as we settled in. It was good to work with a small independent rather than the big brands. It's a much more tailored experience and I felt like my project mattered. Thanks Roger & Martina.

I have had a new kitchen fitted in my new house . They also installed a kitchen in my previous house . The kitchen units and the design is very good and the service has been excellent. Very helpful and prompt action at all times . They have been courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend them .

I have worked with Roger and his team at Osborne Interiors on a few projects over the years in a personal capacity and for projects I was working on for clients. Roger loves to cook and eat and has been a kitchen designer for many years so when you work with him there are so many advantages as the kitchen will be practical and usable. He also has a really good eye for design so they look really good. He only works with very good kitchen companies so the quality is excellent and one kitchen I worked on is now 20 years old and still looks good and works really well. He recently worked on a project for a client with me and she was so happy and couldn’t believe how well connected I was with suppliers I would recommend him without hesitation.

Roger and Martina were very professional and available to talk to any time.They were also very patient. Their advice was very helpful. Work was completed on time.Fitters were very reliable and competent.

I only have good things to say about Roger and the team. They are competitive, patient and really give you first class service. They understand your budget and will provide you with the best possible options within the budget. I highly recommend you use their installation team too. Its been 6 months and am super happy with the outcome, and follow up service. So so glad I didnt go with one of the popular high street brands.

I so am pleased with my new kitchen from Osbourne interiors. Extremely easy to agree on a design that made the best use of space in what is a small kitchen with corner fitted cupboards and so on all in excellent quality . I opted for a granite worktop and don’t regret as looks great and is perfect to keep clean. The fitting of the kitchen by Premier Installations was efficient and hassle free. No details were overlooked, and any snagging issues were resolved quickly and efficiently by the friendly team. The windowless kitchen has been revolutionised by the inclusion of a panel of printed glass depicting a window . This has worked perfectly and has added a feeling of space and light to what might otherwise feel a slightly claustrophobic room. I believe a picture of this will appear on the website. I would thoroughly recommend Osbourne Interiors and the Premier Installation team.

Roger and his team were fantastic. Roger was v helpful in helping us choose the right style, colour and white goods. We had also lovely breakfast unit designed . We absolute love our new kitchen and we can highly recommend him.

We spoke to several kitchen companies and picked Osborne at the end because they listened to our needs and gave us a design that was better than what we thought we could have. Roger did a great job in keeping the whole project within our budget. We love our new kitchen. It's a massive improvement from the old one, which annoyed us so much during the lockdown. Paul and his installation team were very professional. It was a nice surprise that they kept a piece of our old wooden worktop and turned it into a chopping board for us. We would definitely recommend Osborne and Paul's team.

A great end-to-end service. I highly recommend Roger and team at Osbornes. Consultative, knowledgeable and patient. Our kitchen is a thing of beauty, and I feel great value vs Magnet for example. As they work with number of suppliers at different ends of the market, it ensured we were able to find exactly the right thing for us, and the guidance that Roger and co offered was both impartial and invaluable.
