in and out design is an interior design practice established by ruth ackers, who has a bachelor of arts with honours in interior design including a diploma in interior design and decoration. ruth is also a member of the BIID (british institute of interior design), a professional body that regulates all of its members, as well as a tutor at KLC School of Design.
