An excellent building company. My project involved converting a flat into a 2-storey maisonette - which involved gutting the place and adding a complete new storey via a roof extension. James's team worked to high standards and James was ingenious when dealing with a whole range of issues from dealing with out-of-kilter Victorian floors/walls to creating more storage space. We’ve ended up with a lot more useable space in the house thanks to his ideas. The property is in a Victorian mews terrace in a conservation area with neighbours below us and on both sides and at the rear. From start to finish, everything was done to a high standard and the workers received a lot of praise from my neighbours for their professional and considerate approach. 14 months have passed since completion of the works and no defects have emerged. I can completely recommend this company. They proved to be professional, trustworthy and came in on time and budget.
