Scoutabout Interiors

I ordered a table from Scoutabout Interiors in Feb 2018. I promptly received an email saying my order had been processed and 'was being prepared for delivery'. I did not receive any further response from the company and after waiting 4weeks for my delivery to arrive I tried to contact the owner Jools. Despite trying to call her on her mobile over 10 times she never answered the phone and would only communicate via text message. I was given excuse after excuse as to why my order had been delayed and despite assurances from Jools that she would give me an update within 24hours I was still having to chase her updates. It was only after I insisted that my order be cancelled that I suddenly received a message from the courier and my order arrived the next day. I will not be using scoutabout again.
