Our new garden brings us so much joy, courtesy of Roberto's fantastic work. He paid close attention to the brief, generating a number of ideas and alternative designs to consider, iterating to ensure we were pleased with the plan and controlling for cost. He has a good eye for aesthetics, is very knowledgable about plants and design, and collaborates with top notch contractors. The result was a high quality, thoroughly enjoyable garden we love to spend time in. He is responsive, follows up and helps with questions and troubleshooting for the novices. Would definitely work with him again.

I used Roberto to renovate my back garden in September 2021. From the start Roberto took time to meet with me and understand what I wanted to create with the garden and was quick to communicate me with drawings and managing quotes from contractors he recommended I worked with. He was also on hand through the build and made sure any questions or problems I had with contractors were raised. His design and planting scheme for my garden really suited my needs off not being too high maintenance but still colourful and interesting. He has also supported me with the aftercare and ongoing maintenance of my garden too which has been a great help.

We went with a clean and modern design to match our living space and Roberto had some clever layout ideas in the design such as moving our gate to the centre of the garden. He has a good eye for selecting and coordinating materials in the hard landscaping and we were delighted with the planting. The plants were very well chosen and look fabulous together. Roberto Silva is a a landscape designer of great flare and originality. His hard landscaping unified three distinct garden rooms with a modern design using a flowing line of granite palisades. His planting plan was again most imaginative particularly with the use of architectural plants and leaves, especially effective in difficult area of shade. He is a complete professional working to time and budget. We are thrilled with the results.

Roberto is a rare find, I often work with designers but not all deliver to a high standard that Roberto does. The brief was quite demanding, to create an elegant scented garden that worked in all seasons to fit a small space but also allowed flexibility to add seasonal blooms. Roberto took the time to understand the requirements and presented two stunning concepts which really pushed the design boundaries with beautiful planting ideas that had a real wow factor. Roberto is highly knowledgeable, professional who knows how to blend design and planting to create an impact. He has a real love for what he does and often collaborated with builders suggesting alternative approached to improve the build. I was absolutely delighted with the end result, I now have a transformed space with a design that has been sensitively realised. I enjoy the fruits of Roberto’s labour year on year as it continues to grow filling the house with the scent of Jasmin. I would highly recommend Roberto who is such a pleasure to work with, I often call on him to maintain and keep my garden blooming marvellous!
