Triple Garage... What should I do with it?

I have a triple garage, with a workshop and a small toilet at the back. What should I do with it? The roof is flat, so we might build on that. If you have an idea, just leave a comment. By the way, the plan isn't really to scale, but it just gives you the gist.
Currently the garage is mainly used for storage, the workshop is used as a workshop, and the loo is used for storage. I'm sure there is a better use for them!
There is an RSJ (reinforced steel joist) across the garage up until the workshop. So if we wanted to put something on top, we'd have to either put another RSJ up or have decking at the end.
The whole thing is rather dated.

Turn the whole thing into a music room
Leave it as it is
Leave the ground as it is and put some bedrooms on the roof
Knock the whole lot into one for an open plan living room
Leave the garage and turn the workshop and loo into a garden room
Turn the whole thing into a games room
Turn the whole thing into a library
Leave the ground as it is and put a games room on the roof
Refurbish the whole thing and use the rooms as they currently are

Time to entertain!! regarding the lighting layout, I would consider -pendants above the island -downlights to the main areas of the kitchen -under unit lights to the high level cupboards (linear led works well) -pin spot downlights (such as Eiger) above dining table and some twinspot (such as Eiger 2) to the lounge area and possibly some picking out art on the main walls -add some 5 amp sockets to the dining and lounge areas for table and floor lamps If you can, have 2 circuits per area so that you can really set the mood. 9 years agoThis is a large space that you can really do so much with. I voted to use the garage as a games room. You can keep the workshop if this is something of use to you, have enough room to park the car and create a fantastic games room with a seating area, fridge for drinks and incorporate a TV and sound system. Something like below.
