New bathroom design help
Comments (3)Hi, I have a side garage in my semi-detached house. There is no side passage to access the rear garden from the front drive. I use the garage as storage and to access the rear garden from the front drive. I wish to put a bathroom (shower/wash hand basin, toilet) in the garage, and access it from the entrance porch by creating a door. The size of my existing garage is about 8 feet width and 18 feet depth. I wish to know how to put such a bathroom in the garage whereby I am still able to access through the garage between the rear garden and the front drive. What would be a reasonable size for such a bathroom. Thank you. Please email me on amulit@gmail.com....See MoreBathroom help design 8x8 64 square feet bathroom

Comments (10)LVT is generally fine up to 27 degrees with UFH but you’d need to check the relevant make etc. A warm stone effect could work particularly if you have the room to add accessories to bring in more warmth? I don’t think a chevron wood effect would give a nautical feel and the pattern gives the effect of texture. I think any wood would work though, just avoid accessorising with anything nautical if that’s not the look you want! Do you also want to avoid pattern in the shape of the tile as opposed to a print on the tile?...See MoreChoice of two different bathroom designs, and I can't choose! Helllp!
Comments (3)Personally I don’t think this space suits two doors to the bedroom and as a result you are compromising with the bath being undersized. Having tried a similar bath in a hotel last year you might well find you don’t use it because you can’t relax in a sit up bath. So I offer an alternative with a drop in bath, and an extra deep space for the vanity so you can have deep above basin storage and an unobscured sea view all the way through the room...See Moreamanda1000000
