What colour complements this wallpaper?

I have found a wallpaper that I really love (see attached image. In person the dark colours are more of an aubergine). I would like it on the two largest, opposite walls; however I'm not sure what colour to paint on the other smaller walls.
Any suggestions? I would like to add some warmth as the wallpaper is not so much.

Consider painting ceiling and walls in different colour than white - consult with her. 9 years agoKeep to soft grey and accent with rich purples, mirrored bedside tables will look stunning as well as bouncing light around. If you take hanayuki's good advice to reupholster a chair or long bench try to match the fabric - many wallpapers now come with matching fabric.
