Picture rail? Is it naff? Where can I buy some?

I want some light oak picture rail to actually hang lots of pictures on. So must be proper stuff not just pretty. Any idea where I can buy it? And is it naff? It's to go in an old house so kinda suits it I think? Want to hang lots of pictures but be able to change them regularly. So though this was best way. Anyone with a better idea please chime in. Thanks in advance. I love Houzz!
