Working out bifold sizes can any designers or architects help?

We want to have bifold along most of the back wall of our new house but are trying to work some degree of symmetry from the exterior.
Issues are the post on the back wall of kitchen which is loading and so dictates to a degree where the separation of the two bifolds has go to and makes then unequal.
Currently it has been drawn with a five panel bifold which shortens my kitchen unit and I don't want this.
Would it be better to just have a window along the first part of the kitchen back wall and leave bifold to the conservatory and dining area?
The island and table are not as per drawing btw that's artistic licence! The area to the right will be sitting/living/ eating etc.
