Hi there, These look like porcelain tiles. We have a great range which you can see on our website www.cliftonstone.co.uk. Our 'Positano' has a similar look and comes in 600 x 600 and 600 x 300 format. I'd go for raspberry & pink, not as harsh as red, but definitely warming. I'd be very tempted if you go for the darker curtains, to go for the same colour rug, just for a bit of unity. However, if you then put a wooden coffee table on the rug, the wood will warm it up. All the pinks above will go with any grey, Different texture cushions in paler colours will help soften the look. This rug and coffee table go well with the whole theme, softens it down, and although grey tones, when mixed in with the soft accessories, cushions, vases, curtain ties etc will look really cosy. Original Style have some beautiful things and you could do well to look there. I don’t work for them and have no connections to them but I’ve found them immensely helpful lately (I live within reasonable distance from their Bournemouth store). My first encounter with them was about 20 years ago. (And ask for a discount…you never know! )

Given the "pattern" of the surface goes all the way through, that'd mean real stone/marble would have to be a full - and possibly thick - slab, milled down and then polished to the fluted surface. The price for that, and the substructure/installation cost for a real stone slab of that size and weight, is going to be in the range of "whatever - don't do it if that matters in any way". I mean, crazier things have been done in London for sure, and you'll find natural stone fabricators willing and capable to execute this. I wouldn't preclude a custom commission but agree with others, it's probably a form of large-format porcelain. Have you considered contacting the developer directly ?
