Need Help finding out what colour this is...please?
Comments (4)The dutch brand Flexa has a new color named Energizing Ireland (first picture, on ceiling). In their last year series there's also Early Dew (wall in second picture). But Farrow&Ball is quite popular over here too in rustic/industrial/vintage designs (saturated and matted). Try Green Blue for example: http://eu.farrow-ball.com/green-blue/colours/farrow-ball/fcp-product/100084 (and third picture)...See MoreHelp needed for colours in kitchen/dining room area please
Comments (6)Claire, One easy way to avoid the area looking clinical is to add colour to your barstools. You could pick out a colour which is in your funky art pieces. For example I attach an image of three Steve Stools in Terracotta and you will see a painting on the wall, with terracotta featured. The same customer had a blind in Terracotta I don't know the colours in your Funky art, but I hope you can see the idea. Alternatively you can get splash backs in almost any colour, so add a splash back which matches your bar stools- for example:- or Finally you talk of wood being featured in parts of the kitchen. You can get barstools with wood veneer backs in various shades. For example I show the City R Stool with Walnut Veneer back. It is also available with Natural Oak or Grey Ash or Burned (Dark Brown) and the seat can be upholstered in 56 different colours In closing I attach just one of the three sample cards available. Have fun adding colour to your kitchen. Kind regards, Graeme Lang, The Barstool Man...See MoreNeed help with colours please
Comments (5)I like the idea of using a French Grey on the walls and using a sisal or jute carpet (try Alternative Flooring) with a colourful rug & cushions to give it a lift and prevent it from looking drab. The grey will look dark and sexy whilst the light reflected from the mirrored furniture and the bright accent colours will really "lift" the room. Patterned Roman blinds or curtains in a fabric which matches the wall colour would also work really well....See MoreNeed some colour/ design inspiration please!
