POLL: Bedroom - light or dark walls?
Comments (23)Are we allowed to say both? Both can look equally as great depending on the rest of the decor (and of course the bed linen to go with it!). It's nice to mix between the two every few years, a lick of paint can make a room feel entirely new....See MorePOLL: What will be the kitchen trends in 2016?
Comments (42)Having enough storage makes a huge difference to a kitchen - we had ours redone in 2015 & we decided on a lot of storage, with the cupboards scribed to the ceiling (no my dust at the top of the units) as well as useable long counter tops that are practical for preparing & cooking. Comments (7)Hi Jen, what colours are you going for on the walls of this space? And do you have a lot of light coming in? Just remember that dark flooring can make a space feel smaller whereas light flooring can create an open, airy feel. We think your kitchen might lend itself to a lighter floor too - letting those black worktops really take the limelight. Here are some ideas below, a range of light ashen and warmer shades. Hope it all goes well for you.
