lovely kitchen - floor? worktoip?

Hi, are the kitchen units white? they look lovely. i wondered if the worktop is granite, if so is it kashmir white? finally what colour are the floor tiles? i was hoping for the same tile inside and out. love this kitchen!

Hi, the flooring is a tumbled limestone, i used 12mm thick slabs inside and 28mm slabs outside. It has a matt finish and we sealed it with a Lithofin stain stop clear sealer. The worktops are 30mm Carrara marble with a honed surface. The kitchen is a very light grey not white. Hope this helps! Thanks Adam

Hi there, When it comes to engineered wooden floors they have been designed to work in conjunction with under floor heating so there is no issue there. If you are looking to go for a wooden floor then we would recommend going for an engineered board with a brushed and lacquered finish. The brushed texture will hide and scratches or scuffs that may occur, the lacquer on the board. Generally our boards come with 8 coats of Super Matte Lacquer. The lacquer will help protect the board from any spillages seeping into the board. If you have an idea of the colour you would be looking to go for we would be more than happy to suggest some suitable products. We also have some very realistic laminate Flooring by Kronoswiss. The Kronoswiss origins ranges comes in at 14mm thick. It is An AC5 Grade, each laminate is graded between AC1 - AC5. AC5 being the most durable. These boards have been designed to take heavy traffic. The origins range comes with the new Aqua stop technology, stopping spillages from seeping into the board for up to 72 hours. Giving reassurance if any spillages do happen. Hello, my previous flat was very similar except your bedroom at the back was the kitchen and your kitchen was a dining room. The main problem with the current layout is when you have very young children and you’re in the kitchen preparing food, you can’t keep and eye on the children or talk to them whilst multi-tasking. If you don’t mind me asking, are all 3 bedrooms currently occupied? If not and only 2 are occupied, I would use the back bedroom as a dining room and can also be used for the kids to play. When you come to sell, depending on how many children you have then, you could always carve up the living room to make a very small bedroom on the left. These flats are great when there are only 2 people, it just gets a bit challenging when the family expands. Also you don’t want to spend too much money renovating if you are going to sell in the future.

I realised i hadn't included the exisiting kitchen space size, so updated the layout to show it. Dining table seating, ideally 6 Stools, I'd like 4 My thought is to keep the utility and pantry but open to one large space. Kitchen wise, keep it as it is now (more or less), but instead of the wall being there, add the dining table here. I feel we are quite limited on what we can do as its a narrow but longer space.

Hi Jo, it beige not silver. I purchased it from Mandarin Stone in Weybridge (distribution is in wales) who do have grey options. This is the dijon, and they have a grey dijon also that is beautiful. Hope this helps.
