Bathroom Wall Tiles - what colour paint and floor tiles?

I'm going to be purchasing these metro sage wall tiles soon to use along the bottom half of a bathroom wall as well as the inside of the shower. I'll be painting the rest of the room.
What type of paint is best to use in a bathroom? And is there a colour anyone would recommend to go with these wall tiles?
If anyone has a recommendation for floor tiles, I'd love to hear your ideas.
I'm aiming for the design in the picture, as seen at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool.
