Dench grey dark kitchen sprayed units what would you suggest for the c

I was going to just paint it all white but I've decided that will be boring
I have gone with the little Greene paint company as their paint is supposed to be better on the walls and they also do a staggering system
Extension is 8x9 at maximum points
There are 4 shades of paint
I was thinking French grey mid on ceiling (have a 5x2.5 Sky lantern)
French grey walls
French grey dark sprayed on kitchen doors
Or do you think darker on ceiling and lighter on walls?
I have 6m bi folds so with the lantern there will be a lot of light
Or stick with a white ceiling!!!!
