Hello, and thanks for getting in touch. Our funky plastic pots are all the same size, 22cm tall and 22.5cm wide across the top, and there are currently 12 different styles. We plan to extend the range over time. They are £13 each and are available from our website at www.hum-partnership.com. I obviously need to update my Houzz.com information so that all this information is clearer - thanks for spurring me on!

Thanks everybody. Really helpful advice and links. I think I will dig and plant in rather than trying pots. I previous didn't as around the house there is a good 20cm of concrete that meets the gravel. Hopefully this won't be much of an issue as it will grow over it as such. Perhaps some shrubs and different height plants in front of the house, and some other planting in front of the porch? I haven't thought of what in front of the porch yet. I will look into putting small hedging in front of the gravel. Fingers crossed that will bring it more to life than it looks at present!

Hi, there are latches that fit to the outside of the door, top or bottom, with a hook that goes into a circular loop to hold it open, something like this. An alternative is a door stop which is usually a weighted fabric cube or one made of wrought iron.
