Comments (6)Why not go for a white or black chalk wall but instead of using chalks use the erasable markers they use for restaurants. The designs are neater, stay up,,don't smudge but can be wiped off. This allows some flexibility. The next wall could be tons of Polaroid pictures on a corkboard wallI would keep the room as white as possible and use as much wording/graffiti related decorations for the the rest of the room with lack accents and base...See MoreTeen boys' bedrooms
Comments (1)Dear Frain282, Just last year we worked on a similar situation and transformed a teenage boys room into a contemporary 'hotel' looking room accommodating all of his game consoles, TV and gadgets, creating a space for him to proudly host his friends. We would be happy to give you advice; please do give us a call on 07575494941. It would be great if you have pictures to share and the floor plan for each boys room plus dimensions (depending on where you live, we can do this ourselves via a site visit)....See MoreLittle girl bedroom/ Baby boy nursery
Comments (3)I know what you mean and yes it would be great to get the stair case in and I will defiantly do it at some point but it is a pretty big job and I dont want to be disturbing everyone my daughter starts school in September my partner works full time and I'm pregnant so having renovations done now seams a lot and we've only been back to normal after the upheaval of living in temporary accommodation for 4 month after the floods while my house was getting done. Realistically we should of done the stair case then but it added a bit of extra time into being able to come home and after 4 month we were ready for home and our lease was up on the temporary house so we were working to a deadline. There is a stair gate at the bottom of the ladder as it sits on 2 steps so safely wise it's not a problem and I do have toys hidden away in different areas of the house so if they want to play in an other room they can. Logistically I can't see a reason why it won't work but decor wise it's a challenge....See MoreWhere can I find a wooden day bed for ten year old boys bedroom?
Comments (10)The advantage of the hemnes day bed is it can convert to a double so could last until adulthood in theory. Would you/he consider a midsleeper? There are loads on Wayfair (with good reviews). Or if you have space how about getting him a double bed? https://www.notonthehighstreet.com/cuckooland/product/four-poster-king-bed-with-storage-and-shelves-in-white?istCompanyId=aa76f5e6-d733-4e56-8409-574cea196cc9&istItemId=xmxqqlqmlp&istBid=t&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIsNL0_MvS2AIVBbftCh3chQwaEAkYDCABEgKgj_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CLHk74LM0tgCFcaxUQodgwICeQ http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/beds/double-king-size-beds/brimnes-bed-frame-w-storage-and-headboard-white-lur%C3%B6y-spr-59124616/...See MoreNatalie Patton
