the painting is going to be done before wallpaper. copper metallic paint is going to go in alcoves or whole walls. (apart from feature wall). Nothings been started yet. (In 3 weeks we're starting the decorating)

This is a great family space. I wouldn’t use paint to zone the room but, like in you have in the 3D image, zone with the furniture arrangements and rugs. I would merge the seating and piano into 1, with a large rug to define, centralise the seating area and widen as the chairs are currently interrupting the Flow. Put the piano on the wall beside the smaller door with enough room for a stool and circulation. For colour, introduce lots of low maintenance plants, cushions, paintings.

I have Wevet on my walls. i have Calacatta solid worktops so a white with grey vein. My fascias are dove grey. Wevet works well with mine but I think it all depends on the whiteness of the worktops. If they are a creamy white then I’m not sure Wevet works with them. Here’s mine also showing it against the ceiling which is white so you can see the shadow line/join.

It’s probably limewash. Practice on some other bricks before painting the most visible feature in your house, don’t forget limewash is corrosive so lots of safety goggles, gloves and dust sheets, with the window open…… and be prepared to apply 3 thin coats rather than one thick coat ….water it down significantly (3parts water to 1 part limewash).
