Please advise me if this is the best way in which this house can be utilised?

Perhaps by not posting this over 3 times and giving more information, you'd get an answer.

Looks fine to me, but I've got no idea if you like modern or classic, kids or no kids, pets or no pets etc

We're currently trying to decide the best layout for our downstairs space. We're an outdoors family with young children (both under 5). We've redone utility space - it couldn't be turned into a different room as the ceiling is too low (it used to be a coal store and previous owners extended it). Any ideas welcome!

I wouldn’t be too concerned about leaving the toilet where it is. Saves money, keeps it away from the wettest part of the room & it’s a bit of a show-stopper in its own right. Hu’s suggestion is good - risk it without the screen first - if it gets too wet then add the screen afterwards. Good advice on a wet room above from Ken too. You’ll have to come back & show us the final photos Jason.

there's 3 lifts
there is a huge lobby
the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house

I find it strange that the dining room leads off to a bedroom.
is this an actual plan or hypothetical design?

Just quickly.. I'd separate living from bedroom. So a set division for living quarters and bedroom quarters. Here they are all jumbled up. Does it say Kitchen then dirty Kitchen? Sorry that is what I'm reading? :/ Then there is a loo? I would keep the loo as far away from any kitchen's especially if they lead into the space as it were. Have a corridor or lobby with a separate loo, maybe accessible from the lift lobby as opposed to the dirty kitchen (i'm wincing cause it really reads like that! :) I'd position sofas so they don't back onto the windows... A chair or two is fine but not large sofas... Unless they are far further into the room with low backs and you have clear walking space behind. The living dining is not clearly set out and looks like 2 living areas in 1, and the dining area is really small.. I would not have squeezed in that single room and had a bigger dining area. So you separate the living room and dining room completely with this many rooms. I would not have 3 lifts if these are not separate apartments. It's a large space but needs a slight re-work. :))

Yes we do need more info of use of the space this is true. I can see this must be a ground floor apartment? The only aspect I feel is a bit strange is the size of the kitchen and relation to the dining area, I think they should be closer together (or integrated) Judging by no response from the poser of the dilemma, I think may be this is a hypothetical question? Regards
