Can anyone see what we the rectangles on the walls?
Also, I love the colour of the green walls in the kitchen, would anyone know how to describe this colour in order to find a similar one?

Hello Maggie, The rectangles on the back wall are recessed flat front radiators. The green haze in the kitchen is reflected light from the trees outside the window. The colour of the walls was Farrow & Ball - Cornforth White. You could try Farrow & Ball - Mizzle. I would always suggest painting up an A3 piece of mount board and moving it around the room so you can see how the colour will behave in the room. Hope that helps. Sophie

Thank you ever so much, Sophie. I will do that. I can't believe those are radiators - I never thought they could look elegant at all. It is a fabulous project.

You could go lots of ways with this kitchen.... You have good light and it looks lovely and warm..... I would personally go for a neutral then you can dress up or down with accessories. Have a look at rolling fog, Mirage II, Dorchester Pink and Clay by Little Greene.

I think you can get freestanding ones that look like sideboards and hinge open on the longer edge. Alrernatively, you could get a daybed that extends out to a twin.
