Isn't it! It's actually a piece my client spotted online and wanted to use in the room so not sure exactly where she found it.

Hi. Have you ever considered a real interesting eye catching piece of art work to really brighten up an area, I think a select piece of art would really make the space stand out, add interest, colour, texture and add a great talking point to the room.... Please check out my website if you like the idea and please get in contact, commission work is also welcomed so if you like a particular style I can do in a select colour palette and size as an original piece…..I’m also able to produce all original paintings in high end print format, in any size same or smaller than the original. The picture shown shows us a example of a badly installed TV where no thought has been put into the interior design of that element in the room. I can almost guarantee a Technology Advisor was not involved in the project as they would have found a better solution for the finish. Sometime the area above the fireplace is the only space in the room the TV can go, and when its property thought out it can work.

If the blue limits your colour scheme paint over the blue in tile paint . The granite hearth is a practical choice once you add an ornament or two you won't even notice anymore a wooden surround would finish off the fireplace especially if you can do a simple one yourself - save money !:) not difficult to do have done it our lounge . You can use stove paint and paint the surround in in black if you like .:)
