Lumbar Angles in Tubs

I'm having a hard time finding a large (72" x 36") deep soaking tub with only a slight lumbar angle. Any recommendations?

Ask the company directly for those details, if we don't have them to hand, we would gladly go measure the tub to get what you needed. If a company is unwilling to help you, they are likely to be unwilling to help you down the line.

Triangular plots are fun to work with. If you have a design that follows the angle of the boundary you will only accentuate the angle. You can disguise the angle by doing your design in either straight lines or curved shapes with planting to disguise the awkward angles. A strong design will dominate the space and take the eye away from the triangular plot. If you use straight lines, make sure they run perpendicular to the house, not the boundary. If the lines follow the triangle they will accentuate it. Also the design needs to make the thinner sections feel wider than they are - the knack is to visually lead the eye from one area to the other within the garden. Also to make an area feel larger than it is, make two or three separate spaces in the garden. With the garden divided into 'rooms' you will be able to make each area seem longer/wider and each part of the house will have its own garden view. I hope this helps. Draw the space on to a piece of paper and have fun with shapes cut out of different coloured pieces of paper. Have fun and you will end up with an outdoor space to enjoy. Where was that sofa you found? Yes it's on my list to get some more tropical cushions for this area and keep the metallics etc to the lounge area. If I went with a coloured sofa then I might also have to swap out the cowskin rug as it won't go. It's not a major problem though. Just another thing to think about. I saw a lovely ivory rug with a grey pattern palm trees on it which was lovely.

We have been shopping for tubs and won't consider one we can't actually go and sit in to check the lumbar angle and overall comfort. We have found some bath showrooms are willing to get a tub in for us from the warehouse so we can test it, but we have had to drive upwards of an hour to see all the tubs we wanted to. Finally found what we wanted but it was exhaustive to get there. Haven't done the remodel yet, but hoping that our choice will be as good as we expect.

We finally went the same route - got to sit in - and purchased on the spot a Mirabelle tub!
