Where can I fin a copper / brass tap like this at a mid range price
Comments (12)Hello Karen, The copper tap is by Vola... In order to get it for that price it may be that you need to enlist the help of a lovely designer who might be able to offer you trade on it especially if you're doing the whole bathroom but I feel that this price is still under cost price to them. If you included something else or more of the same tap range for bath and or shower rose fittings you can then start to bring the pricing down individually.. It could also be that multiple purchases across their umbrella range bring the pricing down further.. A white (Off white) Concrete basin like the one I sent you on the other thread would be about £760 ex vat. I am saying this as I have a contact that deals with Vola and Kast... Should you be interested in a sink too... : ))...See Moredo you like this brushed gold basin mixer tap?

Comments (7)I agree that contrasting finishes can look more interesting...think contrasting bag and shoes! Black and chrome would work fine, as would black and brass (and definitely on trend). And you're right, if you live in and around London, you have hard water scale build up to deal with. Just be aware, brass fittings take more care (and are more expensive)...i.e. more time in cleaning and you have to be careful with what you clean them with. If not cared for properly, they will eventually go black - literally! So, if you love scrubbing, then brass does look great...but if you'd rather be doing something else with your time, beside polishing your brass taps to perfection...then chrome is more practical. Hope that helps!...See MoreDo brushed steel power points & Chrome Taps go?
Comments (7)It would be nice to have all the finishes. The tap industry has for many years mainly dealt in chrome finishes, so it is quite usual for the tap to be the odd one out. I would say most kitchens will have different sockets to the tap. Now finishes in all industries has become a huge thing so matching items is alot easier. Actually when I say matching, maybe it should be a closer likeness in some cases, because alot of manufactures finishes can be different....See Morelindahl27
