Help- who made our kitchen???

We've returned from vacation to find our built-in freezer broken and flooded- and the cabinetry around it has become saturated. We would greatly appreciate any info anyone has on who makes our kitchen (we have no details for the house's previous owner, who renovated the kitchen last), as we'd ideally like to replace only one part of the cabinetry. We live in north London, if that helps with the detective work!!!
