Help with Living Room Wall Colour
Comments (22)I love that purple brown. I’m decorating at the moment and have been using F&B mahogany which has purple tones but I’ve also been playing with very dark purple Pelt. Still not finished but when I put some stuff on those shelves (to make space elsewhere) I realised that so many colours look good against it. I’m liking the Tiffany blue and the orange in particular. But the picture that was originally posted of the purple brown is also lovely with just neutrals, very sophisticated I think?...See MoreAll the same grey? Walls, woodwork, doors throughout the house?

Comments (5)If you want to create a flow between all spaces, you could use the accent colour(s) that you use in the kitchen (for example: the yellow and blue that you mentioned) and use that for cushions and/or art in the living room. Perhaps a couple of blue glass vases on a sideboard in the dining room. And add some orange or green too. These accent colours don't have to be the same. They can be different shades. If you keep the large pieces neutral, white, light grey, wood, you'll have a basis that you can add whatever colour/pattern you'd like to. An accent wall can be easily painted in a different colour. Cushion covers can be changed without breaking the bank. Hope this helps?...See MoreWhat colour walls in living room and open plan kitchen with mid grey s
Comments (2)If you want it to be all the same colour to match the grey sofa then look at dove grey fascias. They will also mix better with the wooden effect flooring as opposed to what you have now as that clashes against the wooden kitchen doors...See MoreJules Woodard
