Yesterday the Houzz team was out celebrating London Design Festival at Heal's amazing flagship store. We hosted a fun competition where we invited people to style a 'Shelfie', by using beautiful home accessories from Heal's.The event drew quite a crowd, with a queue of eager stylists lining up to take part.

A Houzz panel has shortlisted our top five favourite Shelfies and now it's up to you to decide who should win the Houzz and Heal's Shelfie Award (plus a very nice prize)! Give your favourite picture a vote and let us know in the comments section why you chose this Shelfie.

Hello Emmeline,

Sounds like it was a blast! I'm trumpeting for the Elephant!... and a second for the plant shelfie. Rust and Blue lovely together.... For me it's as much what is chosen as to how it is placed.. Elephant is beautiful and it's beautifully arranged with a trio of blue and green on the bottom shelf .... (But whoever selected the Sipsmith... has very good taste! : ) )

I have no real preference for the type of meat, it's the cut and/or the way it's cooked that's essential. Equal care has to be applied to veg too. It makes the difference between a loving it or couldn't care less experience.

I like too many things so I suppose mine is eclectic. My absolute delight is the Art Deco Moderne style; beautiful veneers, chrome, mirrors, fabrics and shapes, unfortunately I'm far to untidy and clumsy to live with it.

The elephant shelfie is the only one with easily accessible books. Besides that it seems to pack more items than the other shelfies while still looking ordered and decorative.

I love the Pastel one which has rustling leaves on the top as Autumn is already showing to us in Nature. The two jugs are lovely together. Books are everywhere .. and how you could be without knowledge?.. and a bit of lightness on the bottom with what it appears a little paper bird model made for a kid to play with. There is balance overall in terms of shapes and colours. Neat and settled. Very decorative and meaningful. I like it!

Definitely the elephant selfie for me - in fact, I might go and find my elephant and my blue milk jug and try to recreate it in the dining room!

The elephant is totally charming and deserves a place in anyone's home, and everything else looks useful. Busy people in tiny houses don't need a lot of purely decorative clutter.

For me the Elephant Shelfie because of the wisdom and hummer in one little pose combines elegantly and fun whilst looking in perfect harmony with the other objects

Definitely the pastel shelf for me the little bird draws the eye as does the autumn leaves. The space around the items makes the display restful but think I'd have found space for the elephant from the elephant shelf.
