Small bathroom complete renovation - with photos - comments, ideas?

I'm probably asking for advice a little late considering that my plumber just started to demolish my bathroom :) But probably because there's no way back now, I'm starting to feel a little concerned about my choices.

Passionate people... let me know what you think! :)

So... this is my bathroom:

The bathroom is really small (2350x1500mm + shower box 700x800mm)... so small that the door doesn't even open completely because it hits the bath.

What I plan to do is a full refurbish:

- move the door opening to the center of the room and replace it with a sliding-pocket door.

- new freestanding bath positioned under the window.

- basin and loo moved to the left wall.

- hopefully enlarge the shower box a little.

What do you think? Ideas? Suggestions? Would you swap the position of the toilet with the basin? Below is my current (not final) shopping list:
