Comments (19)It sounds like you have plenty of natural light coming in so should be fine with most things. I think the blue all over would be a little too much with north light - making it feel a little cool. I would go with the suggested half and half which will also lift the height a making it feel more open. With the blue itself I would try to go for something with as warm an undertone as possible.. same with any whites you choose. If they have blue or grey undertones they will feel a look more drab with the specific light that's hitting them. It sounds like you're going to have a fab space! :)...See MoreWhat colour should i paint my walls?
Comments (20)This look would be rather timeless and easy to re-use when wanting to change styles and colour schemes. Keeping a rather neutral palette, which is what you've gone for is a good idea for the kitchen as to not age so quickly. With the use of colourful accessories and well chosen lighting I think this space could look fab. If you hadn't already chosen your units and had them fitted, I'd have recommended a slightly darker shade to provide some contrast, and a slightly lighter island colour. However, I wouldn't recommend darker walls, purely as your space although being a good size and having some natural light. It's not flooded with it, so wouldn't want to makes the space darker than necessary. Hope this helps! Comments (6)Looks like a lovely home. I like a bit of ‘messiness’ anyway. 😊 No concrete ideas from me but while you’re painting, perhaps you can paint the legs (the wooden X frame) of your other table as well. But leave the ones of the stool as they are. I think this will show off the stool better. Oh and I like the legs of the table in question as they are....See Morespecialk007
