I love my tree decorated in red white & silver I've collected over the years absolutely loads of very traditional ornaments, Even though we've updated our living room the tree will never change its a real talking point when family or friends visit the tree stand's at 8ft tall & I'm so Proud! of it.

I don't like strong smelling laundry. I use Fairy non-bio liquitabs and no conditioner. Weather permitting I line dry. I stopped using condition when an old washing machine stopped collecting it, and found it didn't really make any noticeable difference, so I've saved money, cupboard space, and avoided strong smells. I bought a supermarket own-brand bio tab box recently thinking I'd use it for the white sheets but I couldn't bear the smell of it so got rid of it.

I love getting wintery with the smells of mulled wine heating up and also Muji-Log Fire candle is amazing!

The scent from a Christmas tree. This might be odd, but I think I can smell it in the air when it is going to snow!

@bruket I feel the same!

@KristyNoble - I'm a big fan of the Muji Log Fire candle, as well as their others - the Hinoki Wood one is lovely!

For me it's a toss up between that smell of bonfires/burning wood on a walk out in the woods, or perhaps more bizarrely, the smell of satsumas and orange - reminds me of growing up when we'd either be given satsumas or coal depending on if we were naughty or nice!

Our showroom is located beside a Christmas store so we are lucky in having all the best Christmas scents all year round! However I have to say that my favourite would be the Christmas Spice Oil. Get's me feeling all Christmassy just thinking about it!

the flowers of Sarcococca 'Winter Box' they are nearly invisible but smell fantastic on a winters day. Just plant one in your front garden and see, I mean smell!

It's a close tie between roasting chestnuts, bonfires, and frankincense (Frankenstein). All bring out the best memories!

I asked around the office, and some of our favourite Christmas smells are a coal/log fire burning, cinnamon, Christmas dinner cooking, mulled wine, Christmas crackers once they've been pulled and oranges.
