Hole left in tiling byt removing electric shower - how to cover?

I bought a property with an electric shower but have recently installed a new boiler and am now running the shower from the bath taps, making the electric shower redundant. If I remove the electric shower it will leave a hole in the tiling which I will need to cover. I have searched for identical tiles to cover the hole but have been unable to find matching ones. Any ideas on how best to cover this hole? Thanks
