Hi Lidia, thanks for your question.

These minimally framed sliding patio doors normally work out at around £1000 per m2 including design and installation.

With their 21mm vertical framing and flush floor finish they're great for living spaces like this one where you want to minimise the barrier between inside and outside.

Have you tried searching on line for Vanity units of that size? There are many companies out there that sell them, it's a standard size. I woudn't go to the trouble of building one as it's a standard size. This is what we have in a traditional style as we have a Victorian house, it's 900mm wide. but there are many, many others to choose from depending on what you like. This one from Better Bathrooms is 1000mm wide and a more modern design:-

Custom doors are always stupid money. You might be able to use a standard height door and add a small over light / over door window at the top into the frame.
