Measuring curtains!!!

Hi there. We are trying to order curtains but keep coming unstuck as we get confused what size we should go for.
The diagram hopefully makes sense.
From ceiling to floor is 225cms and the width across the whole wall is 289cms wide. The doors for some reason we're never in the middle of the wall so from door to wall one side is 36cms and the other side is 17cms!!
Can you pls help us on what size curtain pole and what size curtains we need??
