This article is about lighting. Is the ceiling lighting LED, is is adjustable in brightness? Who makes it? Where the s it sold?

Hi This is actually quite a photo taken around 4-5 years ago when the building regulations
allowed for a lot more halogen than I use these days. These are actually
using 50W 12V AR111 (AKA QRB111) halogen reflector lamps which are easily
dimmed. They are still available to buy. There are LED equivalents available these days and some of them
are dimmable. However, that can be a minefield as LED drivers and dimmer switches aren't always compatible. The fitting supplier does not sell directly to the public so if you want to contact me directly with your requirements I will do what I can to help.

I want to know more about what looks to be the range exhaust fan. Am I correct in guessing that is what it is? I'd love to know the manufacturer and price ranges/efficiency of a unit like this. This floor plan is almost identical to my planned beach house, so this would be so perfect.

I'm feeling pleased to say I have now be later in life been enjoying some of the things I'd love to have, for some time so they don't count for my 'one thing I'm still hoping for..' I love my upmarket induction hob with timer that saves my food from my memory when distracted by a phone call for a chat-length of time; no day goes by without the thrill of pulling open my kitchen's larder cupboard where the contents are so visible and high space is utilised. I agree with ? about having a bidet and have just had one installed and another wish - a walk-in shower Yeah!

wow stellahome, what a grand house and entrance! I'm intrigued! Do you have many original features left in the house? servant bells maybe? :) Post some pictures for us! I am very familiar with lassco, in fact I currently live 5 mins away from there, and pop in often, they have many wonderful items which really enhance an old house. Took a couple of more pictures today of the dresser, as even though it looks very worn, look at the dovetail joint details! They certainly don't make them like this anymore (unless you pay a hefty price for it!)

This old girl went on a date two years ago , I thought the guy was going to the ' the one' . I'd met him on-line , we got on well . We met for lunch , my treat - but he was awful - he had no teeth, had forgotton his wallet then proceeded to tell me all about his stepdaughters . They were prostitutes , their kids were all in care . Yikes. I wanted away from him so quickly paid our meal said thank you for meeting me then walked him to his car . I shot off in the other direction for home, he'd left me a message saying he wanted a full relationship with me - I deleted contact .

Hi I'm afraid that I was only involved in the lighting side. You are correct - it is an extractor fan with built-in lights. Kitchens of this spec often have ones from Westin.
