Small bathroom and small ensuite or large bathroom?
Comments (3)From what your describing we had the same thing going on,I didn't like the ensuite( too small) and the bathroom needed to be bigger,so we got rid of the ensuite and put a door between our bedroom and bathroom like a jack and Jill. After a while I felt it just didn't work so we closed up the wall and we now have one big bathroom.im glad we did it now. I too wondered if it would devalue the house and I'm sure if a larger family moved in it could be a bit of a problem, maybe someone from the real estate world will pop in and give you some advice. Good luck with whatever way you choose to go....See MoreTiny space for shower and toilet.
Comments (4)It's almost not enough for a loo and basin ! Even if you put a shower in and shower doors over the entire opening and installed a blower to dry the china after a shower there's still only about 45cm of standing room and you'd need the shower doors open to use the loo - so no privacy ! You will need to eat into the bedroom space too I think.......See MoreTiny side extension for toilet. Is it possible?

I don't think that's something that's required everywhere, but worth checking out at an early stage....See MoreTiny cloakroom toilet layout help
Comments (3)This room isn’t big enough for a corner toilet. You need a space saver wc on the window wall and a small basin on one of the side walls. I would also get secondary glazing to help keep out drafts, add insulation to the ceiling, hang the door so it opens outwards, and weigh up if electric UFH is cheaper to install than a radiator. Don’t forget you also need an extractor and building regs...See MoreMsJacqueline
