London Basement carried out the construction, fit out and finishes on this basement, which is below the footprint of the entire house, plus we constructed the kitchen extension also shown in our photographs.

I'm assuming your house is identical to your neighbours so it should be achievable ? You also need to think about fire safety so have copied a link. Listed building consent may well be delayed or turned down if you're needing to tank the basement. I'd get a builder round with knowledge of old buildings.
