Building plans question

I just love this bunkhouse!!! I am looking at building a second home and love the look of this. Do you have a building layout and I was wondering the square footage of it. And one more question, Is this one that could be expanded on or changed up a little bit to make a 3 bedroom 2 bath and how much would the house plans cost?

You're welcome. For backsplash: antiqued bronze mirror could look good and isn't too reflective. I also love a lot of the tiles that you can find here, for example the one I linked to could look great: https://tilebar.com/phantasm-marble-tile.html Marble probably has to be sealed, but it's quite stunning and different. Not a canteen look at all. Browse through the selection they've got. If you only want something behind the hob, you can maybe afford to go for something stunning.

You should find out from your developer whether he has a license for these types of works and services and issue a contract with him in which all types of work that he must perform will be prescribed. You should also find out if he has the necessary insurance policy. Next, you should contact your insurance company and find out if these types of work are possible in your home and whether insurance covers them. If your policy expires soon, in your place, I would compare insurance companies in your area to find the most profitable policy, taking into account the changed conditions.
