I I do like the mirrored tiles. Could you tell me what molding treatment was used (in between tiles)? thanks

Apologies for the delay in responding. The mouldings are sadly no longer available but there are others. You need to go on line and search for decorative plaster wall mouldings.(some are also dado rails but you need narrow mouldings) These are narrow strips of plaster with a decorated top (approx 2-3cm wide and approx 2m in length) and are normally used for wall paneling, which was done in other rooms on this project. There are lots of sites that sell these mouldings. They are also available in wood, but I preferred the range of designs on plaster.

it comes in white plaster and needs to be fixed direct to the wall with pins and glue (professional fitting advised to get it really measured properly). once dried it can be painted. I chose black mat base and then 'dry brushed' a very dark grey on top so make it look a bit like metal and aged. Dry brushing just means you wipe of most of the paint from the small brush onto newspaper, so the paint is almost dry on the brush, and gently brush over the dried black paint. It needs patience but is effective

I love them. From genuine antique mirrors to the new antique style splashbacks or tile effect. I have a bricked up arch window at the end of my hall which I'd love to have antiqued glass cut to fit but sadly out of budget atm. I also love the antique style splashbacks similar to the award winning mowlems kitchen design (not quite so keen on the pic above) but I'm really not convinced it will work in my kitchen. I recently bought an antique dressing table which has a very aged looking mirror, looks great but you can't actually see in it properly!

The wallpaper is Sanderson swallows. Loved it and found it on here. I did want the TV above the mantle but I've been told no! If anyone knows where reasonably priced mirrors can be obtained we would be grateful. Attached is now our light fittings which we think looks good

The tops tiles busca is very similar to ones by Original Style which can be seen in stores like Leekes. Obviously there is a VAST price difference, but if you are looking at one, you should see the other too. I was considering these but went for industrial gold by British Ceramic Tile in the end
