help positioning furniture in awkward living room please

We are struggling to make the best use of this room. It has 2 focal points - the fireplace and bay french windows which face a sea view. It also has multiple doorways which makes positioning the sofas difficult. We mainly use the fireplace as our focal point when sitting down. I've posted our existing and a possible re arrangement which I think would require another sofa to balance it but we are not sure enough to splash out. Any advice gratefully received.
